About the Wieliczka Salt Mine
The historic Salt Mine in Wieliczka is the only mining site in the world functioning continuously since the Middle Ages. Its original excavations (longitudinals, traverses, chambers, lakes, as well as minor and major shafts) are located on nine levels and extend for the total of about 186 miles: reaching the depth of 357 yards they illustrate all the stages of mining technology development over time.
There will be a 2022 Salt Therapy Association Conference in the United States in September 2022. Our Symposiums and Conferences are separate events.

What are the Dates of the 2022 Salt Therapy Association Symposium in Poland?
The Welcome Reception is Sunday, May 8, 2022. The Symposium begins on Monday, May 9 and runs through Tuesday, May 10th. For those not in Europe, please plan for a day of travel to Poland.
What is the Venue for the 2022 Salt Therapy Association Symposium?
The 2022 Salt Therapy Association Symposium will take place at the Wieliczka Salt Mine in Poland.
How much is a ticket and what is included in the price?
Each ticket is $499 per person which includes: Welcome Reception, Entrance into Wieliczka Salt Mine, Presentations, Tourist Route Tour, Miners’ Route Tour, Health Resort, Lunch on May 9 and 10, and Dinner on May 10. The ticket does not include accommodations or travel.
I'm trying to book my travel. What times do I need to know about?
We will meet outside the Wieliczka Salt Mine at 8:30 am on Monday, May 9. The symposium closes after a 6:30 pm Celebration Dinner on Tuesday, May 10. There will be registration and an evening reception on Sunday, May 8th. 
Which is the best airport to fly into?
The best airport to fly into is Kraków John Paul II International Airport.
Can anyone attend this event?
The 2022 Salt Therapy Association Symposium is for Salt Therapy Association Members ONLY. If you are not a current member of the Salt Therapy Association, and would like to join in order to attend this Symposium, please click here https://www.salttherapyassociation.org/join 
Can I Bring My Spouse Or A Guest?
Yes, of course! Just please note, because there is limited seating and associated food and beverage costs, every person must purchase a ticket to enter the symposium.
Can I Get A Refund If I Can't Attend?
Because of the limited availability of seats for the 2022 Salt Therapy Association Symposium, you will need to notify the STA 30 days prior to the event if you're unable to attend.
Will There Be Another Salt Therapy Association Conference in the United States in 2022?
Yes, our next Conference will be in September of 2022.
